The "Becoming A Solar Specialist" course provides Continuing Education Credits approved by the New York State Department of Sate (NYSDOS) for 3.75 Credits. "Becoming A Solar Specialist" is approved for Appraisers, Home Inspectors, & Real Estate Agents (Salesperson/Broker)
After spending seven years in the solar industry and leaving an executive position as Vice President of a large Long Island solar provider, Christina Mathieson is now approved as a Full Instructor by the New York State Department of State, who is focused on the Real Estate community to Educate & Empower Real Estate Professionals with the information they so desperately need.

Jim Watson is a seasoned & licensed Real Estate Broker, Home Inspector, & Real Estate Investor who has been devoting himself to helping others become successful in the field in which he has mastered. Jim has been training, tutoring, and mentoring students seeking to gain their NYS Real Estate Salesperson and or NYS Broker License for the past 15 years. Jim has tutored thousands of students looking to pass their NYS Real Estate Salesperson Licensing School and State exam. Even with a diverse international student population were often English is not a first language, Jim has been able to maintain a passing rate greater than 95%.

Heather A. Kollar is the founder and CEO of h2ocleanse. For nearly 10 years she has educated Long Island, New York City and Northern Jersey communities on the threats local water contamination poses to human health and environmental livelihood. Heather’s firm, h2ocleanse is certified by New York State as a Minority and Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE), to provide Water Filtration & Management Consultation.
As the author of the AQWA (Agents Qualified in Water Assessment) certification course, she now empowers the real estate community to fully understand the direct and simple correlation between water quality and property values, as well as how to recommend proven solutions that not only decrease environmental contamination but also serve as capital improvements that increase property values.
Ms. Kollar is a graduate of Fordham University, a member of the Business Impact Group of New York, a PinkTie 1000 member, and volunteers with the Michael Magro Foundation and the Leukemia Lymphoma Society of Long Island.
