Christina Mathieson, (One of the speakers at the MLS Long Island Tech Fair two years in a row), wrote the first and only in-person "Solar Specialist" course in the United States which Educates,Trains, and Prepares Real Estate Professionals on how to best represent the buyer and or seller in a transaction where a rooftop solar system is present. The "Solar Specialist" course provides Continuing Education Credits through Leap EDU which is approved by the New York State Department of Sate (NYSDOS) for 3.75 Credits.

After spending seven years in the solar industry and leaving an executive position as Vice President of a large Long Island solar provider, Christina Mathieson is now an approved NYS Technical Instructor who is focused on the Real Estate community to Educate & Empower Real Estate Professionals with the information they so desperately need.

Derek Hall has been with, in multiple capacities, since 2006. Over the years, he has achieved a full understanding of the capabilities of the PropertyShark web site, while also learning the ways in which various real estate professionals use data.Derek has worked hand-in-hand with brokers and appraisers to develop new tools for the site, as well as improve existing functionality.

Those projects gave him keener insight into the inner workings of real estate. Armed with an understanding of the intricacies of the real estate industry, Derek’s training sessions display the depth of his knowledge pertaining to the site, it’s use, and the needs of the professionals who log on to it each day.

Donald Lincoln the Co author of the NMLS-approved textbook for the New York State-Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator continuing education requirement started his teaching career in 2006. He has authored and created over 20 different continuing education courses for Real Estate and Mortgage. With topics ranging from Real Estate Salesperson/Broker Licensing, Tax Liens, and Real Estate Investment Strategies.
Donald began his mortgage broker career in 1980 and has over 30 years of experience in the industry, specializing in New York. He has also worked in the property management industry and in real estate. He uses his vast experiences in each discipline to provide real life situations in his teaching.

Jim R Watson

Jim Watson is a seasoned (35 years and counting) Real Estate Broker and investor who has been devoting himself to helping others become successful in the field in which he has mastered. Jim has been training, tutoring, and mentoring students seeking to gain their NYS Real Estate Salesperson and or NYS Broker License for the past 15 years.

Jim has tutored thousands of students looking to pass their NYS Real Estate Salesperson Licensing School and State exam. Even with a diverse international student population were often English is not a first language, Jim has been able to maintain a passing rate greater than 95%.

Alphonzo Greene is a native New Yorker who has spent his more than 30 years in real estate assisting people in finding their dream home or maximizing their real estate investment through leasing or sale. Alphonzo’s background includes being a real estate broker, mortgage broker, real estate instructor/trainer, and an owner/investor; so he understands the real estate industry thoroughly and puts that knowledge to work for his clients and customers. He has a unique blend of “old school” experiences in the business, coupled with a “new school” awareness of current market conditions. Factor in his use of technology and that makes him competent, informed and efficient.

Alphonzo has shown his real estate expertise through his success with government and private developers of large scale projects, as well as finding that “just right” studio - no project, client, or customer is too big or too small.
